Talk about knowing where your food comes from! With this little card stuck in my blackened red snapper, I was able to pull up site and key in a few numbers. Then… wow! The boat, the captain, the map! Exactly where it was harvested! Pretty neat-o-mosquito! So, if you are enjoying some seafood this summer, look for the “Gulf Wild” logo and order some local seafood! And yes, it was delicious. I ate every bit of my plate. Well, everything but the plate, of course. It was so good. I had to go home and take a nap.
